Make up #19 [Eyes]: Lakme Eyeconic Kajal In Turquoise

Image
I have previously gotten the lakme range of blue and turquoise but i did not so like it as the colour was not striking out. But this glitter/shimmering range does wonder. So lovely it looks on my skin. It is obviously slightly expensive than the deep black. I bough mine in Lulu Mall, Cochin and i should have gotten the Royal Blue as well. I was so skeptical when i bought it so just went ahead and bought only one colour. I actually wore a turquoise dress to a party recently just to try this eyeliner. LOL. Image not mine I only use the turquoise on my upper lid and black for my lower lid. It actually looks good. I did not look like a clown. LOL. Next round i should try turquoise on my lower lid. The eyeliner did not face or smudge throughout the night. So in love with is turquoise eyeline. A yes for a repurchase!

Kerala Root #Hair

One of my friend asked me to get her this root from kerala when i was visiting the city. So i got one for myself as well. It is just mixed roots in a bottle. Apparently you can reuse this for about 5-6 times. Also, be careful of the prices. I bought them a in a few different places and the prices varies. I bought for 100, 60 and 40 Rupees!!! It comes in both glass and plastic bottles. Mixed Roots It comes like the picture above and we have to soak in in coconut oil. As in our coconut oil in the bottle with the roots. Apparently we have to leave it soak for a week and the oil will turn red. Mine turned red within that day itself and apparently it will. LOL. But they say the longer you let the roots soak is better so i waited a week before i applied it on my hair. The oil turns red in colour  You can leave this oil on you for an hour but i prefer to let it soak on me longer. My hair does feel a lot softer once i wash it off. But it really takes a lot of scrubbing and sh...

Kerala 2017

Kerala was really pure love. Immediately felt in love with the city and culture.Went with a cousin of mine. Just the two of us so it made our trip very much easier and less stressful because we were both 'cincai' people. We landed in cochin then we went straight to Munnar. Oh God i must say the journey was really terrible. The winding roads. But when we reached our hotel, it was totally worth the journey. Beautiful hotel, Beautiful place and friendly hotel staffs. Perfect service. We stay in The Leaf Resort, Munnar. However, on the way we stopped by Periyar Garden Spice and bought ourselves some Ayurveda products. THE LEAF RESORT, MUNNAR   our standard deluxe room We spend our first two days in Munnar. We went to the famous Kannan Devan Tea Estate. I am a coffee-tea toodler so i enjoy all flavours of tea. We also bought a personalise mug. The staffs actually took us to the tea estate area to snap a picture of us and made a mug for us. We also went for t...
