The Girl In High Heels

So, i have been using Body Shop's Drops of Youth and Oils of Life for about a month and a half now and i am loving the results. Thanks to the sales girl who suggested me this. Drops Of Youth  I use this in the mornings before applying my serum. Oils Of Life And i use this during the night after washing off my face-mask that i use every night without fail (I do skip sometimes when i come back late from work) After using this, i see that my dark circles and wrinkles have reduced. Can't wait to see the outcome when i finish the whole bottle. It is worth the cash as it is long lasting and you just need very little to cover the area under your eyes. Updated: After 6 months of usage. My under eye dark circles have certainty improved a little. However, for the price i expected it to do wonders and completely cure my dark circles and wrinkles but it did not. Not a repurchase for me as if i can find better under eye care products.

I could not resist myself when i saw British Rose body yogurt on that shelf. I just had to purchase it. And and no regrets at all. It absorbs very quickly into your skin and does not make your skin feel greasy unlike the body butter. It also makes my skin so soft :-) RM 59.90 They have a few scent/range of this body yogurt. I also love the morninga scent. It smells so refreshing. The banana one is too strong though. Apparently it is made of pure bananas. So that explains it. It is definitely a repurchase from me. I love the body shop's british rose range of products and use most of their products.  

So, I have been a ardent fan of Body Shop's British Rose and for my second mask purchase, i was skeptical between the Chinese or the Himalayan one and finally with the help of the friendly Body Shop's Staff, i got into Chinese Ginseng. It does wonder to my skin. I do see a difference after using the mask. I also have googled up benefits of Chinese Ginseng and Rice. Well, Ginseng is know to have toning properties and the rice extract is known to moisturize and brighten the skin. It does work well on my skin. My skin feel fresher and toned. For now, I use Body Shop's British Rose and Chinese Ginseng Face Mask. I use them everyday. (Well, i do have days when i have lazy) I am allowed to have once in two weeks cheat day for my skin. Lol. It is very important to feed your skin. A yes for a repurchase! Totally worth the cash!

So, I am a fan of both Body shop and Bath & Body Works . Today, i would like to do a comparison between these two brands. Mainly, their body lotion/body butter. I love British Rose range and i bought their lotion (the whole range infact). British Rose, lotion was perfect. Smells good and makes you feel so calm and fresh. However, i notice something post one year of getting the body lotion. The smell actually fades off. I mean you spend a bomb and get the huge body lotion and you try to use a very little of it so that it last long and Puff! after a year you notice the rose smell fades away. Well, very disappointing. And i don't remember The Body Shop's sales girl telling me that the duration of the lotion. (I am pretty sure she did not) Totally opposite is Bath & Body Works lotion. Post more than a year and the lotions smells as strong as new. I bought a few body lotions from them almost 2 years ago and i am shocked that it smells as new as i bought the...

I have been using British Rose range from Body Shop approximately about 6 months now. I started off with their fresh plumping mask. Initially i was using it everyday once. I normally leave it to set for around 10 minutes and then i wash if off. After minutes of applying, you'll start to feel it penetrating into your skin.  I do feel a difference on my skin. It is fresher and glowing. Now i used it once a week or twice a week. It is very good after a long day at work with all the make up on your skin. It's just the pampering you want after a long day at work and the rosy smell will calm you down. I also have their body butter and hand cream.Honestly these two seems the same for me. The hand cream is in a smaller container hence i got it so it is easy for me to carry it with me all the time. I love the smell of the lotion. Its to rosy and so british-sy.
