Feed Your Skin: Jeju Sparkling Mineral Skin #INNISFREE

Image
I realize the importance toner quite late. All this while (before using innisfree products), face wash and moisturizer was my only skincare products. After researching about Korean skincare, i realize how important is that golden 10 step skincare regime. I admit, sometimes it gets into me that my 10 skincare steps can take me up to one hour to complete. (Not even Joking) This Jeju Sparkling Mineral skin is bae. I apply this after using my face wash and i love how it made my skin look. My skin feels so fresh and i can see some glow as well. I used this twice a day. In the morning and night before hitting the sack. I pour few drops the toner on my palm instead of directly pouring it into my facial cotton. and i damp my facial cotton from the toner on my palm. (Works better for me this way) RM 80.00 This toner is totally a value for your money. Bought it for RM 80.00 and it lasted me for 7 months. So, i am investing about RM11.40 a month for this toner and it is totally worth ...

Feed You Skin: The Green Tea Seed Serum #INNISFREE

Image
Today I will be reviewing one of the best seller products in Innisfree. Their Green Tea Seed Serum! I was skeptical at first and wondering if i should get it. I got this bae when he was on sale (Green tea serum signature set) and did not even regret purchasing it all!!!  It is 80ML and i have been using it for about a year plus (day and night). Just one pump is enough to cover your whole face so this 80ML bottle will actually last you quite long. It is totally worth every penny! And i love how fast this serum sets into my skin. You will not feel any oily of sticky, it absorbs pretty quick. I love how it makes my face look so glowing and fresh in the morning.  RM 103.50 However, apparently there's a new packaging and improved version of this serum. Can't wait to get my hands on it once my current one finishes. A must have serums for all the K-Beauty skincare fans!

Feed Your Skin: Rice Bran & Soy Bean essence #NATURALSBYWATSONS

Image
I an skin care addict. Especially when it comes to Korean Skin care. I happen to spot this essence in Watsons and upon trying the tester, i immediately felt in love with this essence. Also, since currently i don't use any essence, and i thought let's just try this. This Essence absorbs pretty quickly into my skin which is why i love this. I have oily skin hence this product is must for me. It does not leave any greasy or sticky-ness on my skin. I have been using this essence for almost 3 months now and i kind off like how it makes my skin feel. It does make my skin slightly brighter and clearer. However, this is not the only skincare product i use. Of Course i have my favorite serum and toner that i use before patting this essence onto my skin. But again, i love how it absorbs quickly and the smell of this essence. Also, the packaging comes in a white clear bottle with a wooden-like cap. One point for that as well! Definitely a repurchase for me! and i would recommend...

Feed Your Skin: Super Volcanic Clay Mousse Mask #Innisfree

Image
This Mask is just pure love i tell you! I was skeptical about this at first but i tried a few samples of the clay mask and felt totally for it. However, i felt that the texture is a bit hard hence i purchase this clay mousse mask because it is bit in the wet/damp side. I have oily skin hence i purchased the 'super' one. It comes in 100ML bottle with a tiny closing cap. Just one pump is more than enough to cover your face and neck. I let the mask sit for about 15 minutes and you can feel the mask drying off; it will get hard. rm 80.00 Once i washed the mask off, my face felt very fresh and clean. You can actually see your face so clear. It also makes my skin soft and cool. It is advised to use this mask 1-2 times a week. I prefer to use during the weekend and mid of the week as my work nature is such that i travel out for meetings a sometimes and i am exposed to sunlight and dusts. A small piece of advice; Do not use the same mask everyday. Have a few types of masks an...

Feed Your Skin: Acai Berry Sheet Mask #INNISFREE

Image
So, I am trying out Innisfree's sheet masks one by one to see which one suits my skin. I tried Acai Berry recently. It comes in drenched in a milky serum not like the other face mask, which comes in a clear serum. RM5.00 The mask smells so good. Love the smell. I left it for about 20 minutes. The masks claims to firm teh face. However, i did not see any difference once i took the mask off. In fact i notice two small pimples on my cheeks the next day. So, no for a repurchase from me!

Feed Your Skin: Rice Sleeping Pack Capsule #INNISFREE

Image
This the first time i tried a sleeping pack as i don't like anything uncomfortable on my face when i sleep. I love sleeping and it is very important to me :-P This rice sleeping mask is white in colour and the moment you open it, it has a very strong rice smell which i like. It means these stuffts are all real and natural la. RM 10.00 I applied a fair amount to my face, it is a bit oily at the start but t eventually gets absorbed into your skin. So you won't feel uncomfortable when sleeping. I slept with the face mask on. Next morning, i washed my wash and i could see it glowing and fresh. It didn't leave behind any redness or pimples. So yes for a repurchase from my side Yay!

Feed Your Skin: Red Kiwi #INNISFREE

Image
So, I have heard a lot about K-Beauty and decided to give it a try. And when i did some google search i came across Innisfree. Apparently it is a very famous brand among all the K-Beauties. So decided to try their capsule Face Mask as it was the cheapest one :-P. I wanted to get something that i can use for a few times to see the results rather than just one-time off face mask.  The lady who attended to me was very helpful and friendly. (I went to the outlet in Sogo). She asked me what are my concerns and all and then suggested me this Red Kiwi. Red Kiwi The package looks small like this and it can be used for about 4-5 times. The texture is white in colour and you will be able to see a bit of kiwi seeds as well. and the kiwi smell is also there hence i believe it is the real fruit and not just chemicals only. I actually love how my skin feels after applying this mask. I see fresh and glowing skin. However, while using it is a bit oily, so not so good for those of you ...

Make up #20 [Face]: Lakme Face Magic Skin Tints Souffle

Image
As you all know, I am a huge Lakme fan. I was just scrolling Lakme in Lazada Malaysia and i came across this foundation. Before purchasing it, i actually read a few reviews and then i decided to get it. I got the shade in Natural Shell . I am currently using Lakme Absolute Foundation in Beige Honey. But you know, you always want to try something different ;-P. This colour suits my skin and i love how it sets into my skin. The smell that certain reviews claims is not that bad actually. After a while you won't be able to get the smell. This foundation blends in so smoothly. And the staying power is also okay. I mean we all have to touch up powders right? It comes in a very small bottle. The packaging looks nice. No complaints.  Definitely a repurchase as it suits me and for the price, it is reasonable for a every day foundation wear to work. Place Bought: Lazada Malaysia Seller: Lakme Price: RM 22.50 (P/S: Of course it is way cheaper in India==> 160RS only)

Make up #19 [Eyes]: Lakme Eyeconic Kajal In Turquoise

Image
I have previously gotten the lakme range of blue and turquoise but i did not so like it as the colour was not striking out. But this glitter/shimmering range does wonder. So lovely it looks on my skin. It is obviously slightly expensive than the deep black. I bough mine in Lulu Mall, Cochin and i should have gotten the Royal Blue as well. I was so skeptical when i bought it so just went ahead and bought only one colour. I actually wore a turquoise dress to a party recently just to try this eyeliner. LOL. Image not mine I only use the turquoise on my upper lid and black for my lower lid. It actually looks good. I did not look like a clown. LOL. Next round i should try turquoise on my lower lid. The eyeliner did not face or smudge throughout the night. So in love with is turquoise eyeline. A yes for a repurchase!

British Rose #THEBODYSHOP

Image
I have been using British Rose range from Body Shop approximately about 6 months now. I started off with their fresh plumping mask. Initially i was using it everyday once. I normally leave it to set for around 10 minutes and then i wash if off. After minutes of applying, you'll start to feel it penetrating into your skin.  I do feel a difference on my skin. It is fresher and glowing. Now i used it once a week or twice a week. It is very good after a long day at work with all the make up on your skin. It's just the pampering you want after a long day at work and the rosy smell will calm you down. I also have their body butter and hand cream.Honestly these two seems the same for me. The hand cream is in a smaller container hence i got it so it is easy for me to carry it with me all the time. I love the smell of the lotion. Its to rosy and so british-sy. Anyway it is yes for a repurchase for me! Love how it makes me feel! Product: British Rose Fresh Plumping Ma...

Make Up #18 [Lips]: Lakme Plum Spell

Image
Hi Ladies, got this Lakme Lipstick in India. Well, you people should know that I am a Lakme Fanatic by now :-P . Got this from Saravana Store in T Nagar. The sales girl suggested me this with another couple of colours. But this particular one caught my eye. and am in love with this! Can't really recall how much i bought it from India [ I BOUGHT TONS OF MAKE UP STUFF] hence that is why i cannot remember. But the good thing is this is available in Malaysia as well. *dances around* . Only Lakme fanatics will understand the joy. This colour fits perfectly for me and it it long lasting too. After a meal i don't have to touch up. yay! I will definitely repurchase this. Worth the buy :)

Odeon: Almond and Apricot Body Scrub

Image
Ok, I have seen this brand of body scrubs and shampoos in most of the Indian stores that i walked in to. They were having sales during the Mid Valley Indian Global Fair. So, I grabbed a body scrub and a shampoo. Just to give it a try. The sales girl that attended to me was super friendly and helpful. Forgot her name. Sorry girl. She suggested me this almond and apricot scrub since i have an oily skin. This scrub does wonders to my skin. My skin feels so soft after using this scrub. There's no need to apply lotion after using this scrub. But yeah, you only scrub yourself once a week. Rest of the days, you'll have to apply lotion. LOL. There's so many flavours to suit your skin. This Almond and Apricot does wonder to me. Definitely a yes for a repurchase! However, got a shampoo from this brand as well, Unfortunately, the shampoo did not suit me. It made my hair rough. Probably Should try some shampoo from the same brand.

Aura White

Image
This collagen drink does wonder to your skin. One of my friend recommended me this and i was consuming this collagen drink for almost a year without fail. You will be given a shaker and a toner. I did see a difference in my skin tone. It was fresher and brighter. I would recommend you girls to try this collagen drink. But this should be continuously consumed if you want to see the results. You cannot just consume if for a month and then just ignore it. It defeats the purpose. Then Aura White came up with their Gold series. I shifted from this to aura white gold.  I was consuming this for 2 months and during that 2 months it did double wonders to my skin. Everyone said my skin looks glowing. When i bought my 3rd bottle for the third month, the powder inside was so hard. Tried smashing it. Tried cutting the whole bottle and all but it all failed. The powder was just too hard and i had to throw the whole bottle away. However, i did message the lady i bought this from and sent h...

Make up #11 [LIPS]: Avon's Lava Love

Image
Hey ladies! Back to talk about Lipsticks. It is Avon this time. Before I started using Lakme, Revlon and Lóreal, I used Avon. My first lipstick ever was from Avon. Their shades of pink is my favourite! Just like any other woman, I am also obsessed with red lipsticks! Actually I am obsessed with the colour red, I really don't know why. And red was not my favourite colour at all when i was a kid, All of a sudden, the adult in me likes red :-D.  Okay, back to the topic. This is how Lava love looks from the outside.  Black and silver packaging. It looks elegant na? I like the packaging. I went to Avon one fine day and i told the Sales girl that i wanted a Red lipstick. She suggested me to get this and Avon does not provide testers, so it is ''Buy At Your Own Risk''. However, lucky i took the risk because i totally love the colour.  This is how the inside looks like. It is because of the lighting that it looks like pink. It it actually reddish-orange. I love ...

Make up #5 [EYES]: Maybelline hyperSharp Liner Black

Image
Hey ladies! I would to talk about Maybelline's HyperSharp Liner on 31-Enchantress today. I have been using this eyeliner for quite some time now and I love how it sets on my upper lid. It looks like a pen shape with a gold cover. It is very black and the eyeliner is very thin. So you can draw your upper lid how thin or thick you want it to be. However, it is not suitable to used on your lower lid. I have written reviews for some lower lid eyeliners before and more coming soon on 31-Enchantress. This eyeliner is waterproof and smudge proof. It also stays the whole day on your upper lid. There is no need to touch up. Nevertheless, if use on a daily basis, this eyeliner will finish quite fast compared to other eyeliners i have used. BUT it is totally worth the price you pay for it. RM 20.72 Maybelline HyperSharp eyeliner is available in all guardian and watsons store. However, I would recommend you to get it from either in Guardian or Watsons as i have seen fake products of ...

Swami Sivanandha's Turmeric Aromatherapy Shower Cream

Image
Hey ladies! Back on 31-Enchantress, this time to write about a shower cream. I am fan of turmeric! Especially for skin. I always use kasturi manjal facepack and I have seen the difference throughout. A couple of months back, i started using kasturi manjal bathing powder as well. Yes, there is a different powder that is used for face and body. Don't mix them together. I feel my skin is soft and smooth after using kasturi manjal bathing powder. But the after smell of this bathing powder isn't that nice so i immediately bought this shower cream. And i use it after washing off my kasturi manjal bathing powder. Swami sivanandha's shower cream smells so good!! Really really good! Some of you can opt to just use this shower cream alone but I would still prefer to use my normal bathing powder as I am not sure if the turmeric in this shower cream is enough or genuine because I am really happy with y normal manjal bathing powder. Shall review about my kasturi  manjal bathing powder s...

Make up #2 [EYES]: The Colossal Kajal

Image
Maybelline So, my second post about eyeliners. Í spotted this in Watsons at Mid Valley, and I immediately bought me. Yes, the typical me. I have always loved to use Lakme products. It suits me very well but unfortunately it is pretty hard to get it here so i ventured a few brands. After using Maybelline 2-in-1 shadow impact I started to like Maybelline as well. But this colossal kajal is indeed a disappointment for me. It does not stay as long as 12 hours as they claimed it to be. After a couple of hours it started to fade off, it didn't smudge though. However, i like the cream black colour of this eyeliner, it is so smooth but NO, not a good product to invest in. It is in stores for MYR19.90. After this eyeliner finishes, I am definitely not getting this anymore. Then again, the colossal kajal didn't last long for me, it might for you. Depends on the individual. For me, it is a no for the colossal kajal. Rating: 2.5/5 How I wish I can get Lakme Absolute Range here. ...

Makeup #1 [EYES]: 2-in-1 impact shadow liner

Image
Maybelline Ok, since  have so many eyeliners, i decided to start blogging about it. One by one. This is my first post. You see, i am girl :-P. This 2-in-1 impact shadow liner is from maybelline. I am very fussy about my eyeliners, i don't like my eyeliner to smudge. Some eyeliners fades off my water line after a couple of hours. So, i do hardcore experiment with so many eyeliners and kajals and kohl :-) This 2-in-1 does not fade off. It stays all day long for me. It smudges just a bit but it is not noticeable at all. And the colour is really intense. Love how it defines my eye. But it really depends on individual if this eyeliner suits them. This eyeliner is available in guardian and watsons. It is just RM15.75 which is pretty affordable. That's it for now, will post my next one soon :-) Rating: 4.5/5

I am always the same person inside. Makeup is the finishing touch of everything, it expresses something.

So yeah, MAKEUP is what i am going to talk about. I have come across guys who said that if a girl wears makeup, she is ugly. Also, people have given me the look "It is just a dinner with close friends, why the makeup"? The question here is not why makeup but it is how you carry yourself in public. Do you want to be known by ''that girl, with the dull look or pale face''? or a ''girl that does not carry herself well''? Makeup defines your personality as a person. What could go wrong with a eyeliner, kohl and a lipstick? I don't understand the term of ''over makeup'' here. Guys who thinks that a girl wears makeup just to look beautiful for you, YOU ARE WRONG. We wear makeup to feel good about ourselves, to be confident in whatever we do and to look beautiful to ourselves. Our makeups expresses something about ourselves. Each and everyone of us have the right to choose to either walk out of home with or without makeup. You don...

Beauty Or Personality?

Image
Beauty or Personality? Which one do you prefer? Well, i did a small research online and majority said that they will go for beauty or looks rather than personality. Why do some of you go for the looks? Looks will diminish over a period of time but the personality stays. Take for example, two women, one not so pretty with a great personality, the other very good looking who's personality is down the drain. One may have the looks but eventually both of their looks will diminish with age. Now who's the beautiful one? Or more like who has been beautiful all along? I've experienced something similar like this. Some time back, i was kind of plump and chubby and that was when i went for my 1st date. I didn't really knew this guy, just saw him a few times when i was doing my pre university programme. My friend suggested this and so i thought to my self, it is about time and i should just give it a try. To be honest, he was kind of cute and handsome and then it is me,...
