Hey ladies! Back to review another eyeliner. My first review about Elianto's eyeliner! This is like the best eyeliner for you upper lid. It is so smooth and glides on perfectly. It is also easy to draw according to the thickness you desire. Winged eye is so easy to draw with Elianto's curvee eyeliner. This eyeliner pen has a shape of a curve and comfortable grip for a better control. It stays all day long on my upper lid and it is also waterproof an smudge proof. However, this depends on your skin i suppose because some of friends said this eyeliner does not stay for them but it does for me! You have to give a try to see if it suits you. The pointy tip of this eyeliner pen helps in creating fine line on your upper lid. The other advantage of this eyeliner pen is once your eyeliner finishes, you need not to get the pen eyeliner but you just need to get the refill.

I got my eyeliner pen from Elianto Mid valley. However, you can get it from any Elianto outlets. The sales agent/promoter in all Elianto's outlet are very friendly and helpful. The refill retails at RM27 per box. This curve eyeliner pen is also long lasting. It is a product to invest in i would say!

Since i have so many wedding coming up in the family, I've decided to post about some pre-wedding rituals in a Sri Lankan (ceylonese) wedding. It is also called as ponnuruku and the gold that is used to take the thali is melted at the bridegroom's house. Apparently this is an essential ceremony and it cannot be skipped. This ceremony normally occurs 5-7 days before the wedding. The groom presents the gold to the family's goldsmith to be melted in a clay pot. Why Does A Ceylonese Bride Wear A Veil?

So, why does a Ceylonese bride wear a veil? I myself don't know much about the tradition. I wasn't even aware of this until a few posts came up on Facebook. I don't any reason behind all the tradition that happens in a Ceylonese wedding. In a typical Ceylon wedding, the grooms sits on the manavarai (Canopy) through out the wedding. The brides comes in after the "rakshabandham" of the groom. Trust me, i don't even know what the hell is this. So apparently the bride and groom cannot see each other until he (groom) hands the bride her "Koorai" saree (wedding saree). That is the reason why a Ceylon bride wears a veil. The whole cost of the wedding falls under the bride's responsibility. Remember my earlier post about the gold melting ceremony? That is purely the responsibility of the groom's side. I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the price. but after using it i understand why it's this pricey!  I have used few small bottles (10ml) and in the midst of one 75ML bottle.
